Limitation of liability
The liability of the seller for slightly negligent breaches of duty is excluded, unless essential contractual obligations (obligations whose fulfillment makes the proper execution of the contract possible in the first place, whose violation endangers the achievement of the purpose of the contract and on whose compliance you as a customer regularly rely), damages from injury to life, body or health, guarantees for the quality of the object of purchase or also claims under the Product Liability Act are affected. This shall also apply to corresponding breaches of duty by the Seller’s vicarious agents.
In this case, liability is limited to the damage that is typical for this type of contract.
The limitation of liability does not apply to intent and gross negligence.
Ultimately, it is up to the customer when and if he removes or wears his NFC chip or magnetic implant. For this and any resulting injuries and damage to jewelry or body are not our responsibility! The product liability law, of course, remains unaffected.
Formation of the contract
With your order you make a binding offer to us to conclude a contract with you. With the sending of an order confirmation by e-mail to you or the delivery of the ordered goods, we can accept this offer. First, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your order by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided (order confirmation). However, a purchase contract is only concluded with the dispatch of our order confirmation by e-mail to you or with the delivery of the ordered goods.
When ordering through our online store, the ordering process includes a total of three steps. In the first step you select the desired goods. In the second step, you enter your customer data including billing address and, if applicable, different delivery address. In the third step you choose how you want to pay and confirm the purchase by clicking ‘Send purchase’ to us.
Storage of the contract text
We store the contract text of your order. You can print this before sending your order to us by clicking on “Print” in the last step of the order process. We will also send you an order confirmation as well as an order confirmation with all order data and our general terms and conditions to the e-mail address you have provided.
Retention of title
The delivered goods remain our property until full payment of all claims.
Delivery conditions
The delivery times stated in the offer apply as delivery times, these begin with receipt of payment. In the case of delivery on account or payment by direct debit, delivery times begin with acceptance of the contract on the part of the company.
Terms of payment
Payment is made in advance by bank transfer. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. If you choose payment in advance, we will give you the bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 10 days.
Warranty
If used goods are the subject of the purchase contract and the buyer is not a consumer, the warranty is excluded. If the customer is a consumer, the warranty period for the purchase of an implant is 3 years. All other offered items are subject to the statutory warranty.
Privacy
When initiating, concluding, processing and reversing a purchase contract, we collect, store and process data in accordance with the statutory provisions.
When you visit our website, the IP address currently used by your PC, the date and time, the browser type and operating system of your PC, and the pages you view are logged. However, it is not possible for us to draw conclusions about personal data, nor is this intended.
The personal data that you provide to us, e.g. when placing an order or by e-mail (e.g. your name and contact details), will only be processed for correspondence with you and only for the purpose for which you provided us with the data. We only pass on your data to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the goods. For the processing of payments, we pass on your payment data to the credit institution commissioned with the payment.

Duration of storage
Personal data that has been communicated to us via our website is only stored until the purpose for which it was entrusted to us has been fulfilled. Insofar as retention periods under commercial and tax law must be observed, the duration of storage of certain data may be up to 10 years.
